1. Added User Request tab to the built-in test pages.
2. Fixed incorrect calculation of request length in MbSendUserRequest().
3. Fixed the display of the time remaining going below zero upon

5. Included specific assemblies for the following target frameworks.
	.NET Framework 2.0 (Visual Studio 2005)
	.NET Framework 3.5 (Visual Studio 2008)
	.NET Framework 4.0 (Visual Studio 2010)
   The framework number is now displayed in the AboutBox for SMTN
   and also in the properties for the assembly within Windows
   Explorer (see the Properties->Version->Comments field).
